Recovery Justice Coaching

Recovery Justice Coaching

Everyone’s recovery journey is unique—and for individuals involved in the criminal legal system, navigating recovery alongside court requirements, reentry, and systemic barriers can feel especially overwhelming.
BARN Recovery Justice Coaches are here to help.

A Recovery Justice Coach acts as a guide, advocate, and mentor for justice-involved individuals who are in or seeking recovery. They provide one-on-one and group support to help people navigate recovery while balancing legal obligations, reentry challenges, and personal goals. Recovery Justice Coaches work alongside courts, treatment providers, and community partners to help bridge gaps and reduce barriers to long-term stability and success.

Recovery Justice Coaches…

  • Recognize multiple pathways of recovery
  • Support individuals involved in the criminal legal system
  • Help navigate court requirements, reentry, and community resources
  • Address substance use and recovery holistically
  • Empower self-direction, accountability, and personal growth
  • Advocate for dignity, equity, and second chances

All BARN Recovery Justice Coaches receive specialized training and ongoing support and are available free of charge to individuals seeking recovery support while navigating the justice system.
